The Main Challenger/parent/carer will complete a "Parental Consent" form for each minor attending before attending the walk.
You/the parent/carer takes full responsibility for the child's personal safety on the walk.
You/the parent/carer will encourage the 14+ year old child to contribute to fundraising
You confirm the 14+ year old child is fit enough to complete the walk.
You have received prior consent from all challengers to register them and share their personal data with Brown Dog for the purpose of registration and to keep them informed about the walk.
