The Brown Dog Jurassic Enduro Challenge 2006

You have 24 hours to walk 40 miles in sunshine and light in darkness under the stars across cliff tops and along beaches from Weymouth to Poole along the demanding Jurassic Coast on the South West Coastal Path

Starting at noon on Friday 2nd June You will walk through the day and through the night! Finishing at noon on Saturday 3rd June.Our usual celebration ‘Dogs Dinner’ will follow an afternoon sleep The 2006 challenge is no walk in the (Jurassic) park!

How to join the challenge:

Check that you can get yourself fit enough to do this team event (40 miles is a very long distance to walk!)

Decide if you can raise a minimum of between £250 & £500 for Brown Dog

Ensure you are happy to pay between £80 - £100 (to be confirmed) The cost will include hotel accommodation, Evening Dinner Party including 3 course meal on the Saturday and administrative costs i.e. t-shirts, refreshments etc.

You then have until the end of December to pay a deposit of £50 to guarantee your place
To pay: Present a cheque at your nearest LTSB branch made out to ‘Brown Dog Charity group’ using the Account number 18439960 and sort code 30-67-72
When you have done this please notify Ian Alexander (Ian Alexander (W&IB)@LloydsTSB.co.uk) confirming your name, branch you paid in to and date.

We now need your deposits as soon as possible. Please send your deposits as quickly as possible.Note: Challengers who have not presented their deposits by the end of December may have to organise their own accommodation.
