This is a gruelling roller-coaster bike challenge that starts and finishes in the beautiful Cumbria town of Keswick. Challengers will traverse mountain roads, cross rivers and cycle on winding lakelandroadways and disused railway lines.
The team will jump off their bikes in Keswick and change into their walking boots to climb the mighty Skiddaw. Starting at sea-level the team will climb the third highest mountain in the Lake District as they assendthe challenging 1050 metres.
Having descended from Skiddawthe team will change back into their running shoes and run the 5 miles back to Keswick. This will be no easy task having biked 20 miles and climbed a very challenging mountain.
